SMK Jerai

1st time decorated cuppies been introduced to the student of SMK Jerai by Teacher Farah.


With a theme mix n match, i came up with a lot of ideas including football fever. Yet she managed to sell all cuppies for 2 days of "Hari Keusahawanan".

Hantaran

This cake is a last minute decision. As soon as finished 'bacaan tahlil' utk arwah aunty...quickly ran home, to iced the cake. Just the simple design for my cousin, fahmi. Good luck for tomorrow and have a save journey to Kelantan.

This cup cake is for Ummu 'hantaran' to give to man side. The 2 odd design is just for fun n cheerful. Besides that, i've given her a special cake for her.

Wedding cake

Salam everyone...on 23 may last week, is my sister big day "wedding". So i did prepare roses, daisy and hydrangers made out of fondant and fly over from Kedah. Once arrive at Shah Alam, immediately i have a look at the flowers...worried from been break to small pieces. Lucky i've made extra for standby.The next day, we baked the butter cake for the 3 tier wedding cake plus with last minute request for my sister 80 pcs cup cakes. Another sleepless day for my sister. Oh! Nevermind coz the only sister get married..



After all the hasel till 4.30 am, here are the outcome. Hehehe...after the sleepless day! These blue roses is for asheken sister, sasha engagement. Part of it for "marhaban group". To make it different, i use daisies for decoration.

The next day, start to decorate wedding cake. After asked a few advise from my aunties, i have decided to have flower patchwork at the side. Here are the photo's.....


This is the 2nd tier cake. The fondant is too thin, that's why u can see wrinkles...hehe...still have
to do more practice.

Well, it seems i need to do more to polish up my skills. While busy upload above picture, i've found another wedding cake that i've done in a few years pass by. Hehe....

School holidays
