hi to every one, we´ve been receiving a call regarding christmas season. well at the moment we are having a break for a week till 18 dec 2009.

More cookies

These are called christmas tree cookies. This cookies are made from quaker oat, flour and butter. And most of all it didn't use egg. For those who are vegeterian, i suggest for this cookies.

This is old fashion of london almond. For these coming season, we wish to revise an appropiate design for better look and yummy - licious of most of our cookies. Wait for the outcome!

Hari Raya Haji n Christmas Eve

Hi everyone, is been quite long time, i didn't update my blog. Hehehe...my computer "kena jumpa doktor"...but now back on track. Thanks a lot for most of the enquiries for christmas eve. We do have cookies besides the cake.

As you all have seen, the above photo's are one of our cookies product. It called chocolate chip teddy. Other than that, you may browse at cookies side or please do not hesitate to contact us for more inquiries.

As this christmas eve fall during school holiday, kindly give us an advance notice for those wish to place order. At least 3 weeks in advance.

Branch in Klang

By middle of December, i'll be opening another home based branch that is in Klang. Please be inform at the moment we will only take order for cup cake, birthday cake and other of our products except for kek lapis sarawak. This is due to transferring baking equipment and tools from my home town.

Bazaar at SK Batu Lintang, 31 Oct 2009

For those who in Kuching, there will be blood donation day and small charity bazaar at SK Batu Lintang Kuching. We will be selling yummy chocolate muffin and steamed nasi lemak. So all viewers all welcome to the school to support the charity sales. It's start by 8 am. See u there!

Snow cheese

Here are some designs for birthday and anniversary occasion. By using fondant, royal icing or edible image for decorating, an extra charges will be charge according to theme request.

Hope birthday boy - Ryan enjoyed the cake. Plus i gave him extra cup cake for him to deligate to his friends at school. His mother did order the 2nd cheese cake today. The cake this time for celebrating Ryan birthday with family. Thanks a lot Anneda.

Door gifts

This cup cake has to be pack last minute as a door gift, due to changes of plan the open hse of my uncle. Lucky manage to borrow cup cake stand from my colleague. This is the 1st time to complete 200 pcs cup cake, besides rolls, 3 types of layered cake and cookies such as pineapple tart.

But bila dah assemble kat meja, rasa penat tu hilang sebab kita puas hati. Sampaikan cup cake yg display, guest semua minta especially kids. At last i gave it to them!

Hantaran tunang

Dalam2 sibuk buat cup cake utk student unimas, saya ada trima order dari kwn ayah. Kek ni untuk hantaran anak dia bertunang. Hope En. Daud and family, will love it.

Upcoming class

Terima kasih kepada yang sudi bertanya pasal class hands on kek lapis. Kelas tersebut akan diadakan pertengahan bulan Oktober nanti. Buat masa ni, tarikh belum ditetapkan lagi. Jadi kepada sesiapa yg berminat, sila hubungi saya 012 604 9100.

Untuk pengetahuan, satu sesi minimum 3 org. Maksimum 6 org. Bg yg diluar kawasan Kuching, sila booking tempat sekurang - kurangnya 3 minggu awal dari tarikh yang dikehendaki.

Slmt Hri Raya Aidilfitri

A'kum...slmt hri raya kepada semua umat islam. Di bulan yang baik & mulia ini, saya nak minta maaf sbb lama sgt x update info untuk anda semua. Insyaallah dlm masa terdekat saya akan uploadkan info terbaru untuk tatapan semua.

Dalam masa dua bulan ni, alhamdullillah sambutan amat menggalakkan. Yang bestnya bukan kek lapis je, kek snow cheese juga telah mendapat sambutan hangat. Raya festival

Untuk pengetahuan kpd semua, kami bersedia menerima tempahan sekiranya berada diluar kawasan Kuching. Selain daripada kek lapis, kami juga menerima tempahan biskut untuk hari raya. Gambar di atas ialah biskut chocolate chip dan semperit. Selain itu tart nenas juga ada ditawarkan.

Bagi sesiapa yang berminat, sila hubungi kami untuk mendapatkan list harga. Tawaran harga yang istimewa akan diberikan kepada mereka yang membeli secara banyak.

Tempahan hendaklah dibuat awal supaya dapat dielakkan "cancellation order" dan sebarang kejadian yang tak diingini. Untuk itu tarikh terakhir bagi kami terima tempahan ialah pada 21 Ogos. Sebarang pertanyaan sila hubungi kami melalui email atau talipon.

As can be seen at photo's, the arrangement of chocolates look yummy and gorgious. For this cake, we've cut down sugar to make it less sweet and by adding biscuit into ingredient for balancing of the flavour. I'm sure you've all agreed once you have taste it.
